The Ghadaq Group Two-Deck Precision Cleaning and Screening Machine is designed for precision cleaning and screening of cereals, legumes and similar dry granular agricultural products.
The machine combines powerful vacuum suction with two screening decks, allowing weak and lightweight grains, foreign impurities and smaller particles to be separated during processing.
Operating Principle
Incoming products enter the vacuum cleaning system, where suction removes weak, lightweight grains and unwanted light materials.
The vacuum cleaning process is repeated five times to support thorough removal of light impurities.
The product then passes through two screening decks. Smaller particles pass through the screen openings and are collected underneath the screening surfaces.
The screening operation produces two different size fractions.
