Overview
The GGSTI Titan (AI+PLUS) is an industrial color sorting machine equipped with artificial intelligence and deep learning technology, offering top-level color and shape separation performance. It provides maximum accuracy, speed, and low error margin in defect detection, color, and shape separation of legumes, nuts, seeds, and other dry products.
The machine distinguishes between very similar color tones and different product shapes with high precision using a 5400 RGB CCD sensor and HD Mikron Color cameras, a new generation high-speed processor + FPGA, and AI-supported deep learning algorithms.
Thanks to advanced LED lighting, a magnetic levitation ejector system, a point dust extraction line, and an intelligent automatic product introduction system, it offers high efficiency and long service life. A 15” touchscreen smart control panel provides ease of use for operators.
