General Introduction
The GGSRA Ranger (AI+NR) is an advanced machine equipped with a CCD camera system and infrared (NIR) technology, offering high-precision color and shape separation performance. It provides fast, reliable, and low-error results in defect detection, color, and shape separation in legumes, nuts, seeds, and other dry products.
The machine uses 5400 RGB CCD sensors and HD Mikron Color cameras along with Near-Infrared (NR) cameras. This allows for the detection of:
Differences in internal quality and moisture content,
Defective, rotten, or internally flawed parts,
Separation of products with high color similarity,
with high precision.
It offers high efficiency and long service life with advanced LED lighting, a magnetic levitation ejector system, a point dust extraction line, and an intelligent automatic product identification system. The 15” touchscreen intelligent control panel provides easy and quick operation for operators.
